        Some of the things in the article were legitimate surprises for me. Just another argument for making sure that one is very aware of all of one’s environmental factors when diagnosing or treating a sleep disorder.

      • Yes you are! I was also very surprised by some of the foods. Especially the cherries! Any thoughts on lettuce? Have you tried using it as a sleep inducer before bed time? I think it sounds a bit too mad but cherries. Yum!
