WaterIt is really easy to get dehydrated taking stimulating medication. I almost always feel like I am on the border of being dehydrated. It is also easy to forget to drink enough water at this time of the year. I am spending the holidays in Sweden and the indoor heating is so much better than in the UK – I love it! It also means that the air indoors is extremely dry which means Drink more water! Moisturise your skin more etc. There are several ways you can check if you are dehydrated. Here are the signs: headache, irritability, weakness, cravings for sugar and salt, dizziness, dark urine, dry mouth, nausea and vomiting. My eyes always feel dry when I am dehydrated, and as soon as I drink a glass of water the sensation goes away. Donna Gates from Bodyecology.com says that most people don’t even realise that they are dehydrated. Proper hydration is essential for a healthy body and life.
