The Day After Christmas (or the day after the day)

The day after the day, or the day after the day after the day but it’s still the day after and the end of the Christmas  celebrations. Have you done everything you planned? Did it all go to plan? Did you see your family? Did you stay in one spot celebrating or did you venture out in the cold to a multitude of locations so you wish ‘all’ of your relatives a very merry Christmas? My family always get slightly stressed out before the big day.  How are they going to manage to combine all the little family groups and take into account everything that has happened throughout the year from a relationship point of view. In the end all disagreements are put aside (finally! puh!) and we celebrate Christmas together again!

Today, I feel a bit hungover, although I have not been drinking at all. It could  be all the gorgeous Christmas food, drink and sweets. It was so much fun and I don’t think I have ever had a Christmas with so much hugging before. 2010 Christmas was the Christmas of hugs.
Now I can start to plan next years’ health and fitness plans. Hurray! If you have been out partying or drinking this weekend take some milk thistle, it will give your live a well deserved break!  If you have an Iphone, Itouch, Mac etc. don’t forget to download Itunes 12 days after Christmas: free downloads of music, videos, games etc. Last year the quality of the free giveaways were very high. Much Love from QoS
