A part of me wishes that I had been diagnosed as a teenager – it would have been easier for me then to cope with my life and its demands. Then again I would have had to take amphetamines for longer- with a late eighties and early nineties diagnosis. It makes me feel uncomfortable to have to rely on a medication that is so strong for such a long time…I and many others wonders what it will do to our bodies long term…
